All the shoppers seek high-quality products, friendly service and low prices in deciding where to shop. If you have finally found them, why not to share your experience for the others to feel it too?
Sometimes you get so tired of moaning, whimpering and complaining about different products, services, law or whatever else that you just yearn to praise something which can be not flawless but still positive. And this is necessary for our human nature because as soon as everything around is gloomy, mood is dismal and prospects are bleak, you get depressed and tired of living. That is the reason why sometimes you have to, you must try to be optimistic living with hope and finding the positive side in everything even in some consumer goods. And to express that feeling of satisfaction you can write a Pleased Customer Letter, to share your experience, happiness and observations.
How to start.
First sentences can sometimes seem difficult to craft. If you struggle with the first sentence, you can review such examples:
- Thank you for my experience in…
- I am happy to write to express my…
- I am pleased to share…
- Because I value my shopping with you, I wanted to personally thank you…
Main body.
All the sentences have to have three things in common:
- Getting straight to the point. Each one answers the reader’s question “What’s this about?”
- Being are concise without being blunt.
- Containing positive language: thank you, please, contributing, happy, pleased, congratulations, grateful, successfully, impressed, etc.
Besides it would be great if you include some supporting information such as the exact address of the store, the name of the shop assistant or the name of the company which has produced the product. The top five factors that shoppers consider are: a clean, neat store; fresh, high-quality meats; fresh, high-quality produce; courteous and friendly employees; and variety. If you have experienced some or all of them, mention these factors which have influenced your decision to buy and satisfaction later on.
Final paragraph.
Express your desire and hope to remain a customer, write that you will keep doing business with them and mention the reasons why so. Ground your satisfaction.
