All the shoppers seek high-quality products, friendly service and low prices in deciding where to shop. If you have finally found them, why not to share your experience for the others to feel it too?

Sometimes you get so tired of moaning, whimpering and complaining about different products, services, law or whatever else that you just yearn to praise something which can be not flawless but still positive. And this is necessary for our human nature because as soon as everything around is gloomy, mood is dismal and prospects are bleak, you get depressed and tired of living. That is the reason why sometimes you have to, you must try to be optimistic living with hope and finding the positive side in everything even in some consumer goods. And to express that feeling of satisfaction you can write a Pleased Customer Letter, to share your experience, happiness and observations.

How to start.
First sentences can sometimes seem difficult to craft. If you struggle with the first sentence, you can review such examples:
- Thank you for my experience in…
- I am happy to write to express my…
- I am pleased to share…
- Because I value my shopping with you, I wanted to personally thank you…

Main body.
All the sentences have to have three things in common:
- Getting straight to the point. Each one answers the reader’s question “What’s this about?”
- Being are concise without being blunt.
- Containing positive language: thank you, please, contributing, happy, pleased, congratulations, grateful, successfully, impressed, etc.
Besides it would be great if you include some supporting information such as the exact address of the store, the name of the shop assistant or the name of the company which has produced the product. The top five factors that shoppers consider are: a clean, neat store; fresh, high-quality meats; fresh, high-quality produce; courteous and friendly employees; and variety. If you have experienced some or all of them, mention these factors which have influenced your decision to buy and satisfaction later on.

Final paragraph.
Express your desire and hope to remain a customer, write that you will keep doing business with them and mention the reasons why so. Ground your satisfaction.

After you have written such a letter, I ensure you that you will feel even more satisfied and happier. And maybe you would make someone else pleased and satisfied.

Positive Consumer Reviews and Effect on Business

Let’s be honest - Most people will more often complaint about product or service then to praise it. If you do search on the internet you will find a lot of Negative Consumer reviews. However, I decided to change that. I am starting this website to praise quality of the products, positive service attitude and other things we come to expect from grat companies.

As consumers, we expect companies to treat us good. We always feel power of consumer advocacy groups behind us.
There are great companies in the world that go beyond the customer’s expectations and over-deliver.

For example, during terrorist attacks of 09/11 on New York, all cellular phone companies were down, except one company. Yes we understand that terrorist attacks have crippled the infrastructure of those Mobile companies that were down. However, Verizon Mobile customers were able to communicate. Why? Someone may ask. Verizon has built an infrastructure with multiple failover systems that kicked in and allowed customers to maintain a close contact with their loved ones. As a customer of verizon I appreciated that. I was in downtown New York during those tough times and I know how important it was for me to keep a contact with my family.
Verizon’s service cost more then its competition, but I still maintain my contact with Verizon just because they have not failed me on 09/11. I do not think I will ever leave them for another wireless company. Their service is more robust and gives me a “piece of mind”.

Therefore, I dedicate this site to companies like Verizon that are able to achieve and over-deliver to their customers. I am sure that there are more stories that YOU can share with me.
