They have to help people to keep fit, to gain some physical power and health, to get back on their feet after some injury. But what they keep on doing is total fraud and surely people do not keep silent. Because something has to done against these fraudulent centers and that is why.
Their attitude to customers. Everything is very complicated and unfair in Lucille Roberts fitness centers. You can feel it even starting from the front door where managers and sports instructors sit just behind the desk, taking absolutely no notion of the people who are not their friends or have not bought their life time membership. All they can do is just to try to sell you their products and to sign up some more losers.

Conditions in the gym. Besides, it has to be mentioned that the conditions inside Lucille Roberts gym are just unsanitary. There is no regular cleaning. And the gym is open 7 days a week that is why at least somebody has to see something being cleaned, but nobody sees. You have to be very careful, because this is dangerous for you health.
