DirectBuy. Direct Buy is a members-only showroom and home design company. It was founded in 1971. Today DirectBuy is headquartered in Merrillville, Indiana. The company operates 130 locations across the United States and Canada. Among the products offered are kitchen cabinets, media cabinets, garage cabinets, kitchen cabinets, living room furniture, living room sets, leather room living furniture, wrought iron patio furniture, as well as entertainment and outdoor products, and various accessories. Direct Buy provides only brand-name merchandise at the manufactures’ prices. Delivery and installation services are also offered.
Personal experience. For several years I have been saving money for remodeling my house. Simultaneously I have been looking through different store to find a brand and price all in one. But every time I got in a shop I was shocked at the fantastic prices for mediocre design and quality. A friend of mine took me to the DiretBuy. It was like from hell to paradise. I could not leave the show-room. In a course of time my dream came true. The variety of models, color, forms, and materials surprises everyone. At Direct Buy I could afford brown leather sofas and chairs, coffee table and end tables in similar colors. My kitchen looks completely different with new stainless sink units, perfectly designed set of cupboards and a comfortable drop-leaf table. The consultants at the store assisted me when choosing every piece of furniture. Timely delivered purchases and proper installation completed the image of the company.
It is better not to buy cheap furniture. It is not worth that.

There are some companies that provide us with the most intimate products and sometimes even services. These companies have to be very careful with its activities because every person is different and some things are to be services very delicately. Especially such things as lingerie. Women like underwear and different nightclothes but not more than men like them. There is even such a theory about the underwear that can affect the state of mind of a woman and boost her sensuality and sex appeal. And who if not men should feel it. That is why such retailers as Spicy Lingerie exist. And there is no need to enumerate what kind of items this company provides. But there is a need to name the problems Spicy Lingerie has.
Customer Service. There have been a lot of complaints filed against the poor customer service of the company. As the website of Spicy Lingerie states, each and every problem will be resolved and responded to. And the unaware customers, who received the goods of poor quality and with some manufacturing defects, just send the e-mails, hoping that the customer care representatives will answer in a day or two. But in many cases there is just no respond. Spicy Lingerie cares about the customer only before or during the sale. After the sale it does not matter if you exist or not.
Delivery Service. It is very clear that such goods like lingerie and other related accessories cannot be delivered just like all other goods. And then Spicy Lingerie has worked out such a delivery package that has no labels or names on it and looks like on ordinary package with some piece of lamp or something like that. But that does not solve the problem totally. Sometimes the packages are delivered opened. Or the goods that are in the box are not those items that the customer has ordered and do not even look like them. Customer care representatives may tell you that everything will be exchanged, but who would like the sequel of the situation.
