Customer Service. There have been a lot of complaints filed against the poor customer service of the company. As the website of Spicy Lingerie states, each and every problem will be resolved and responded to. And the unaware customers, who received the goods of poor quality and with some manufacturing defects, just send the e-mails, hoping that the customer care representatives will answer in a day or two. But in many cases there is just no respond. Spicy Lingerie cares about the customer only before or during the sale. After the sale it does not matter if you exist or not.
Delivery Service. It is very clear that such goods like lingerie and other related accessories cannot be delivered just like all other goods. And then Spicy Lingerie has worked out such a delivery package that has no labels or names on it and looks like on ordinary package with some piece of lamp or something like that. But that does not solve the problem totally. Sometimes the packages are delivered opened. Or the goods that are in the box are not those items that the customer has ordered and do not even look like them. Customer care representatives may tell you that everything will be exchanged, but who would like the sequel of the situation.
