These companies have to be very careful with its activities because every person is different and some things are to be services very delicately. Especially such things as lingerie. Women like underwear and different nightclothes but not more than men like them. There is even such a theory about the underwear that can affect the state of mind of a woman and boost her sensuality and sex appeal. And who if not men should feel it. That is why such retailers as Spicy Lingerie exist. And there is no need to enumerate what kind of items this company provides. But there is a need to name the problems Spicy Lingerie has.

Customer Service. There have been a lot of complaints filed against the poor customer service of the company. As the website of Spicy Lingerie states, each and every problem will be resolved and responded to. And the unaware customers, who received the goods of poor quality and with some manufacturing defects, just send the e-mails, hoping that the customer care representatives will answer in a day or two. But in many cases there is just no respond. Spicy Lingerie cares about the customer only before or during the sale. After the sale it does not matter if you exist or not.

Delivery Service. It is very clear that such goods like lingerie and other related accessories cannot be delivered just like all other goods.
